Sponsorship options:

*SOLD OUT* opening dinner sponsor - $3,000

Includes a Booth!  This dinner, open to all of the conference attendees and their guests will open the conference Tuesday night. In addition to having your name prominently displayed, you will receive an exhibitor booth and 15 minutes to speak to our attendees during dinner.  You will be one of ONLY TWO SPONSORS invited to our opening dinner.  At this dinner, our 2024 Director of the Year will be awarded. Only one opportunity available!  Split is also available.

Lunch and Learn - $2,000 - 1 available

Includes a booth!! Looking for more of an impact? Sponsoring a Lunch and Learn gives you an exhibitor booth AND 15 minutes to speak to our attendees during lunch on either Wednesday or Thursday. In addition, this sponsorship comes with two complimentary conference admissions.

**FULL** Registration sponsorship - $1,500

Become our badge and lanyard sponsor and get your organization in front of every attendee! Your company logo will be printed on our lanyards for the conference.  This sponsorship includes a banner display with your organization name at registration and includes a podium shout out and sponsorship slide in our opening announcements.  This sponsorship also includes a booth at the conference. Only one opportunity available!  This is a great opportunity if you can't attend, but still want your company logo in front of our attendees.

exhibitor booths - $500

Display your products or services in front of a target audience with the ability to make decisions! Each exhibitor will receive a standard 8' table with display space. All booths will be set inside the Great Hall where all meals will be served.  This equates to guaranteed foot traffic for you! Each booth comes with one complimentary conference admission. Only 10 booths available!

Each year, our association awards one of our members the Director of the Year award.  This is based not only on their performance within their department, but also on their contribution to the success of rural EMS in Utah.  Sponsoring this award allows us to reward this individual.  Your sponsorship includes your company logo on our website, a banner at our opening dinner, and an exhibitor booth.  You will also be invited to attend our opening dinner and will be only one of two sponsors invited to that dinner.
